Panorama Recreation Centre Arena A	Adult Hockey League 19 yrs+ Sign up now for recreational non-contact hockey! Each player has one officiated game per week. Game times will be: 3:30pm, 4:55pm, 6:20pm, 7:45pm, 9:10pm, 10:35pm. Teams will remain the same for both the Fall 09 and Winter 10 sessions, with playoffs taking place at the end of March. Please note: that slap shots are only allowed in 19 yrs+ group (not 35yrs+) and a credit card # is required to each jersey issue. However, charges will only be applied in the event the jersey is not returned. PRC Board Room	Recreational Skating Instructor Course 15 yrs+ The Instructor course promises to offer the training you need to gain employment as a School or Recreational Skate Instructor. Topics such as teaching methods, safety, and customer service will be explored. All registrants must have skating experience. Please bring your skates.	Su 9am - 5pm Aug 23 1/$65
Panorama Recreation Centre	Private lessons Select from different options to develop or improve your skating skills. Option 1: Hire a Skating Coach. For just $35 you can have access to the public skate of your choice, along with a skater there to help you for the entire skate. Skating coaches must be booked one week in advance by calling Glenda at 250.655.2180. Option 2: Attend one of our designated Adult drop-in skate (Tuesdays 8:10pm or Thursday 11:40am) and receive casual skating suggestions for our skating staff. Practice makes perfect!

	Looking for a future with Recreation Oak Bay as a skating instructor? This informative, experience based course combines classroom instruction with shadow teaching experience. You must have skating experience (skate forwards and backwards comfortably, stop and do crossovers). More Information/Class Times
